Couch to 5K Training Program |
Our friends at the Delaware Running company have prepared a 9-week
training program, combining walking, jogging and inspiration. It's
designed for non-runners to slowly and safely prepare to complete their
first 5k, and it's a plan you can fit into a busy schedule. We want to
see you cross the finish line at any 5K, beaming with pride
just like all the "Girls on the Run."
